4Test System Operating Instructions
4.1Overall schematic of the cabinet
4.2Instructions for the operation panel
1) Tri color alarm light: indicates system test results and status.
2) Operation panel: used for operating and controlling electrical actions.
3) Sliding cover and proximity switch: used for testing and safety protection.
4) Test bench: used for the tested sub wiring.
5) Test voltage: Display the current power supply voltage to the stator, adjust the external three-phase voltage regulator to change the test voltage, adjust different voltages according to different stators. If the voltage is too high, the tested stator will heat up or be damaged, and if the voltage is too low, the false rotor cannot rotate. Therefore, the appropriate test voltage should be selected.
6) Test light (left workstation): When the light is on, it indicates that the current test is on the left workstation.
7) Test light (right workstation): When the light is on, it indicates that the current test is on the right workstation.
8) Power switch: Turn the switch to "off" to indicate off, and to "on" to indicate on.
9)Emergency stop button: Pressing the emergency stop button will stop all power supply and cannot automatically reset.
10)Forward rotation button: When pressed, the light will turn on, indicating that the stator direction for the test is set to forward rotation. If the test is completed and the steering is turned forward, it indicates that it is correct, and the three color light is green, indicating that it has passed. If the test is completed and the steering is reversed, it indicates an error. The three color light will turn red and emit a warning sound, indicating that the test result is not as expected.
11)Reverse button: When pressed, the light will turn on, indicating that the stator direction for the test is set to reverse. If the test is completed and the steering is reversed, it indicates correctness, and the three color light is green, indicating passing. If the test is completed and the direction turns forward, it indicates an error. The three color light will turn red and emit a warning sound, indicating that the test result is not as expected.
12)Note that the direction of the stator must be set after emergency stop or startup. Otherwise, the tested stator will not be judged as a qualified product.
4.3Operating Console Instructions
(1) Sliding cover protective cover proximity switch
(2) Connect the three in one clamp with each workstation (as shown in the diagram below).
Slide the protective cover to the left workstation system to start testing automatically, and stop testing automatically when the testing time is up.
Slide the protective cover to the right workstation system to start testing automatically, and stop testing automatically when the testing time is up.
The testing time is set on the electrical partition inside the cabinet, and there is a time relay. Adjusting the knob of the time relay can change the length of the testing time. (The latest time is 1 minute)
5Power supply wiring
Wire number: 1/2/GND connected to the system's working power supply AC220V.
Connect the three-phase power supply to a three-phase voltage regulator. Voltage regulator output connected to wire number: 100/101/102 Provide power to the stator of the system.

8、 Precautions and maintenance
8.1Precautions:
a) To ensure safety, do not come into contact with the workstation and the tested object during the testing process!
b)When the system encounters abnormal conditions, please press the "emergency stop" button or cut off the working power supply in a timely manner!
c)To ensure testing accuracy, the system cabinet should be placed in an environment with relatively low interference for testing!
d)To ensure safety, the grounding wire of the system cabinet must be well grounded!!!
e) If maintenance is required, it should be carried out by the corresponding professionals!
f) There should be no corrosive or explosive gases in the working environment!
8.2Maintenance and protection of system cabinets:
1. Try to use it in a relatively dry environment, and do not use it in a high humidity environment for a long time (the relative humidity of the air should not exceed 85% RH, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 40 ℃).
2. The system cabinet should be kept clean and cleaned at regular intervals according to the environmental conditions. It is not allowed to accumulate a large amount of dust on electrical components and modules.
3. It is not advisable to vigorously strike the cabinet or use sharp hard objects to knock on the measuring devices inside the system cabinet.
